Meet Our Skilled Support Staff

Victoria, also known as Vic or Toria, is a compassionate individual who originally hails from Ohio but now calls Virginia home. An avid reader and a devoted dog enthusiast, she finds solace in taking peaceful walks with her three beloved dogs, Karma, Ringo, and Bane.

Jill is the winner of our longest service award having been with Noah's Ark since 1992. She started as a receptionist and has established herself nicely as our bookkeeper. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from VCU. Jill and her husband, Mark, have two daughters, Samantha and Amanda.
